• Survive: food drains over time. Eat with Fthe EAT button. Rest at the Inn to heal fully and set where you wake up if you are knocked out.
• Real tools: chop trees (an axe is faster), mine boulders and ore with a pickaxe. Better tiers (wood → stone → copper → iron → crystal) need fewer swings and unlock rarer ore.
• Buildings: walk up to a door and press Etap USE. The Workshop has a workbench, furnace (smelt ore into ingots) and anvil. The Inn serves stew and has beds, the Market trades, the Hall has quests and trophies, the Stable sells horses.
• Stonefield Deepworks is west of the village: one yard with three shafts (press Etap USE at a door to open the lift). The Blockworks are dug block by block, five levels down; the Old Workings are fixed caverns with iron, gold and crystal (bring a lantern); the Endless Deep has floors that keep going. Esc leaves any of them.The menu's Leave button takes you out of any of them.
• Monsters roam outside the village, more at night and in the mine. Strike with J or a clickthe HIT button. Armor reduces damage. Bosses · the Ancient Treant (Pinefall Woods at night) and the Golem King (bottom of the mine) · drop legendary weapons and crowns for everyone who fights.
• Fighting with skill: hold L or right-clickhold BLOCK to block (it covers the side you face and uses stamina); block just as a hit lands for a perfect parry that staggers the attacker. SpaceJUMP dodges when a fight is on. In the Battlegrounds, tap Jtap HIT for a quick slash or hold it for a heavy attack that breaks blocks · watch for the red wind-up and dodge it.
• Factions: join Emberguard, the Verdant Pact or the Tidecallers at the banners in the Commons Hall (or Journal → Factions). Faction-mates can't hurt each other in the Battlegrounds, and everything you do earns points in the weekly faction war.
• Fish at the lake shore or the end of Reedwater Pier. Gates lead to Ember Pit, Sky Steps, Spark Rush and the Windway kart race.
• Navigate: signposts point the way; open the map (M) and click(the minimap) and tap to set a waypoint · the arrow at the edge of the screen leads you there.
• Portals: Battlegrounds (PvP with bots, streaks, bounties and weekly leaderboards), Horde Siege (defend the crystal together, revive teammates) and the Endless Deep in the Deepworks (endless floors; climb out to keep your ore). The Arcade Hall has six cabinet games with ticket prizes; the Garage sells vehicles.
• Games: press PLAY (or P)tap PLAY to see every game, how many are playing and what it pays. The Games Plaza south of the fountain has a booth for each one.

• Progress: daily rewards, daily quests, achievements and titles, a monthly season pass and skill points every level (Journal → Awards / Season / Skills).
• Controls: the controller button (or ?)controller button lists every control, grouped: the world, vehicles and each game (inside a game it shows that game's controls). Settings → Controls has the full table, and phones can also resize the buttons, go left-handed or use a floating joystick.
